This type of marketing includes advertisements in newspapers, magazines and social media platforms, exhibitions at local and international fashion events, along with commercials on television.

The most important aspect of fashion marketing is properly identifying your target market that your brand will be aimed at. Other aspects of fashion marketing are deciding how products will be displayed in physical or online stores. This also includes staying on top of trends and having a keen eye for the perfect point in which to launch a campaign or a new collection to make the right impact. Having a background in marketing is useful because it provides one with knowledge of the relevant analytics and consumer trends.
